Inspired by the Success of My Peers
A classmate from my laboratory class introduced me to FAST OFFER International. Although her Japanese was not very good, she successfully got the offer through them. Later, many friends learned about the program and also successfully obtained the opportunity to work in Japan through this platform. This inspired me to look for a job through Fast Offer.
My Journey with FAST OFFER International
In June this year, after seeing that the June recruitment information published on the WeChat official account of FAST OFFER included the company I wanted to go to, I signed up on the deadline. I received a reply quickly, and set the time for the first interview.
The first interview with FAST OFFER was quite casual, just a simple understanding of your education and expectations of the company. After that, they emailed me to upload some introduction about the research content and a video containing a self-introduction and expertise for one minute. Because the registration time was too late at that time, I only received the notice 3 days before the interview. I had to give up the opportunity of this interview because I was not confident in my Japanese and had to prepare in a hurry.
FAST OFFER Increased My Chance for Success With a Mentor
In September, I was lucky to receive an interview notice from another famous company. In order to improve the success rate of the interview, FAST OFFER also arranged for me the interview guidance of a mentor. That mentorship benefited me a lot. Because the second round of interviews required a presentation, FAST OFFER added a mentor on purpose. The mentor spent nearly 2 hours helping me modify the PPT and conduct a mock interview. Getting a second chance and mentorship helped me successfully get the offer.
