This program is designed to connect students from India with CHIKYUJIN.jp and support them in building careers in Japan’s construction industry.
As opportunities in the construction field continue to expand, the program offers career and employment support for those who wish to work in Japan.
From pre-arrival procedures to skill development and daily life support after arrival, comprehensive support is provided so participants can focus on growing their careers with confidence.
About CHIKYUJIN.jp
CHIKYUJIN.jp is a Japan-based human resource service operating since 1999, with a focus on supporting foreign professionals working in Japan.
Through its recruitment and management system, CHIKYUJIN.jp supports foreign construction management engineers in building stable, long-term careers in Japan’s construction industry.
In addition to recruitment, the system provides structured support covering
communication, management systems, training, and daily life assistance, allowing participants to work and live in Japan with confidence.

Support for Construction Management Certification
CHIKYUJIN.jp supports you in obtaining the Construction Management Engineer certification. Your first goal is to acquire the Level 2 qualification within three years after arriving in Japan.

Recruitment Program Process
- January 27: Application deadline
- *Applicants are required to register as much detailed information as possible on the application page by January 30. This information will be treated as equivalent to a resume.
- Applicants must upload a self-introduction presentation created in PowerPoint (including graduation research details) to the applicant-only portal by February 2.
- February 7–8: Interview sessions and informal job offer ceremony (Interview passers will receive a conditional job offer)
- March – August: Exclusive Japanese language training program (550 hours) Regular assessments will be conducted
- September: Final Japanese language proficiency test (Applicants who pass will receive a formal job offer)
- October: Additional Japanese language training (100 hours)
- October – December: Application for Certificate of Eligibility, visa acquisition, and travel preparation
- Only applicants who pass the final Japanese language test in September are eligible
- January 2027: Entry into Japan and joining Chikyujin.jp
Eligibility
This program is open to applicants who meet the following criteria:
Applicants must be majoring in Civil Engineering or Architecture (or a related field) at a university.
Applicants must have graduated from university by July 2026.
Applicants must have a strong intention to join Chikyujin.jp, and have already discussed and obtained consent from their parents.
Applicants must be able to join Chikyujin.jp in January 2027.
Applicants must be able to attend in-person Japanese language classes starting in March.
Applicants must not have tattoos, and must agree to be clean-shaven after arriving in Japan.
