Video Letter Submission Guidelines

This guide will explain the final step to complete your FAST OFFER Japanese Class enrollment registration.
Please submit the following: a “1-minute Video Letter” in English

What to Prepare?
First, please submit a 1-minute video letter in which you explain the following topic.
Topic
① Your Self-Introduction. Please follow the prompt shown below:
Hello, My name is 〇〇. I am a First/Second/Third/Fourth year student at 〇〇 university and I am majoring in 〇〇.
②”Why do you want to work in Japan?”
Video Content Rules
Follow these rules for the video content/topic.
Rules
1. Please provide your answer in English.
2. The video must be 60 seconds or less.
※ If your video is longer than 1 minute, unfortunately, your application will not be able to be processed.

Video Specifications
Follow the guide below to create the video and make sure to create it professionally!
Specifications
- Length: 60 seconds or less
- Orientation: Landscape
- File format: MP4, MOV, WMV, AVI, and FLV
Check these before recording
- Take the video in a well-lit room, and set the camera angle directly ahead of you.
- With yourself centered (as shown in the picture).
- Position yourself so that you’re not too far and not too close, just enough for your arms to be seen.
- Speak slowly and clearly.
How to submit the video?
1. Please upload your video through your MyPage account in your profile.
You can log in from here.
2. After logging in, please follow these steps to upload your video.
※Make sure to Save or else it will NOT be uploaded!
Deadline
Please submit your video by the registration deadline for the Japanese class you’re applying to.
This is necessary for your application to be completed on time.
If the video is not submitted by the deadline, your application will be incomplete and cannot be processed!
