Eligibility Criteria for our Program
Candidates for this program must meet all of the following criteria:
- Active students studying at Egyptian universities
- Able to Speak English

Students majoring in Computer Science (CS/IT), Engineering (FoE) — specifically Mechanical, Mechatronics, Aerospace, Electrical, EnTC, EEE, or Electromechanical Engineering — are eligible to apply
※ Please note that we do not accept applicants from majors outside the fields listed above, including but not limited to:- Biomedical Engineering and Bioinformatics
- Industrial & Manufacturing Engineering
- Materials Science
- Chemical Engineering and related fields
- Any other majors not explicitly mentioned above
- Commitment to attend the classes until the very end
- Desires to work in Japan after graduation

- For N5 (Beginner Class): Graduating in 2029 & can start working in JAPAN starting APRIL 2030
- For N4 (Upper-Beginner Class): Graduating in 2028 & can start working in JAPAN starting APRIL 2029
- For N3 (Intermediate Class): Graduating in 2027 & can start working in JAPAN starting APRIL 2028

Program Summary |
This Japanese language program is sponsored by ASIA to JAPAN Co., Ltd., a Tokyo-based company that supports international students and global talent who want to work in Japan. Through the FAST OFFER International program, students receive free Japanese language training, career mentoring, and interview preparation to help them build the skills needed to apply for jobs with Japanese companies. Our instructors and career support team help students improve their Japanese communication skills, prepare for interviews, and understand what it takes to live and work in Japan. The program is designed to help students improve their Japanese level and become eligible for FAST OFFER’s monthly job interview events in Tokyo. Selected students may have the opportunity to interview directly with Japanese companies and, if invited, travel to Japan for free. More than just free Japanese classes, FAST OFFER International is a career-focused program that helps students take a practical step toward getting a job offer and starting their career in Japan. |

Applicants MUST possess the ability to understand some basic Japanese:
- Speaking: One is able to introduce themselves in simple Japanese.
- Reading: One is able to read and understand expressions and sentences written in hiragana, katakana, and basic kanji.
- Listening: One is able to listen and comprehend conversations about topics regularly encountered in daily life and classroom situations, and is able to pick up necessary information from short conversations spoken slowly.

You must PASS the Casual Online interview to ensure that you can keep up with the class level content.

From Japanese Language Training to Job Interviews in Japan
After completing the program, students will receive interview preparation for Japanese companies through FAST OFFER powered by ASIA to JAPAN.
Our instructors will help students build practical Japanese interview skills, including how to explain their field of study, final year project, technical skills, and career goals. Students will also practice via mock interviews, answering common interview questions, and learn Gyaku Shitsumon, the technique of asking thoughtful questions during a Japanese job interview.
Based on each student’s Japanese level and interview readiness, FAST OFFER will connect students with job interview opportunities at Japanese companies. This support helps students take the next step toward finding a full-time job in Japan and starting their career there.
How Does FAST OFFER Work?
FAST OFFER offers in-person job interview events in Tokyo every month.
To join, students should have at least N3-level conversational Japanese or equivalent communication skills. Once selected by Japanese companies for interviews, selected eligible students will be invited to Japan for free.
Through this monthly event, students can meet Japanese employers directly and take the next step toward finding a full-time job in Japan.

Through our service, FAST OFFER, we support students who want to work in Japan after graduation by providing free Japanese language training, interview preparation, and career support. Our program is especially designed for engineering and STEM students who want to build the language skills and confidence needed to interview with Japanese companies.
