Eligibility
Candidates for this program must meet all of the following criteria:
- Active students studying at Institut Teknologi Bandung (ITB)
- Able to Speak English

Students majoring in Artificial Intelligence, Computer Science, Cyber Security, Data Science, EnTC, Information Systems, Information Technology, Marine Engineering at the Bachelor or Masters academic level
◇We ONLY accept Biomedical Engineering major students
at the MASTER academic level.
- Commitment to attend the classes until the very end.
- Desires to work in Japan after graduation

- For N5 (Beginner Class): Graduating in 2026 - 2027
- For N3 (Intermediate Class): Graduating in 2024 - 2025

Orientation Day: TBD - will be sent before classes start after enrollment confirmation Term 1 (N5 level -Basic Japanese): 17 September 2024 -- 20 December 2024 Term 2 (N4 level -Pre-Intermediate Japanese Conversation): 14 January 2025 -- 19 April 2025 Term 3 (N3 level -Japanese Interview Preparation): 22 April 2025 -- 6 June 2025 ■ Class Schedule: 18:30-20:30 (online) ☆NOTE: This Traineeship program is adjusted to accommodate for your exam schedules and national events. ☆Do note that it is a first come first served situation. Once seats are full, we can no longer add you. ☆Upon completion of this Traineeship program, you will be given chance to get 2 to 4 credits depending on your progress of completion in the program. ※More details about the credit system will be provided on the first day of class or in orientation. |

Beginner Level
- Geared towards students who possess Little to NONE Japanese Language knowledge

For N5 (Beginner Class) Applicants: There is a Trial Period of 1 month.
- There will be an exam at the end of the trial period.
- You MUST PASS this trial period to continue participating in this Traineeship program.
N3
Intermediate Level
-
Applicants MUST possess the ability to understand basic Japanese:
- Reading: One is able to read and understand passages on familiar daily topics written in basic vocabulary and kanji.
- Listening: One is able to listen and comprehend conversations encountered in daily life and generally follow their contents, provided that they are spoken slowly.
What happens after the program?
- After the program, we will help you start preparing for interviews with Japanese companies.
- Our teachers will mentor students, especially in skills such as describing their area of study, final year project, and the technique of Gyaku Shitsumon (asking questions about the company).
- Depending on YOUR Japanese language level at the end of this program, FAST OFFER will assist YOU to land a job in Japan and start a new life in Japan!

We offer an in-person interview event in Tokyo every month!
To join this monthly event, you need to have at least N3 level of conversational Japanese level.
Once you get selected by the companies for in-person interviews, we will invite you to Japan for FREE!
