What is the aim of this program?
From Upper-Beginner → Intermediate Level
- We aim to introduce the language to you that will take your Japanese conversational language level to the next level!
- Our specialized teachers will make sure that you are completely well-versed in basics (reading, listening, writing, and speaking) so that you can move smoothly to the next levels.
- You will get a chance to interview for jobs in Japan for FREE!
What will I study?
- Master the 4 basics of language development:
Reading, Writing, Speaking, and Listening - Develop further your conversational skill, especially speaking since it is NOT covered in the Japanese Language Proficiency Test
- Learn Keigo and Japanese business manners
- Learn Japanese grammar & vocabulary used in a professional environment

Who can join?
What happens after the program?
- After the program, we will help you start preparing for interviews with Japanese companies and start a new life in Japan!
- Our teachers will mentor students, especially in skills such as describing their area of study, final year project, and the technique of Gyaku Shitsumon (asking questions about the company).
- Note: Conversational level of JLPT N3 is required to be eligible for the monthly job interviews event.
- Therefore, everything is dependent on YOUR efforts & YOUR Japanese conversational level at the end of the program.

Program Summary |
This language program is sponsored by ASIA to JAPAN Co., Ltd., a company based in Tokyo, Japan with a mission to help international talents who want to work in Japan succeed.
Under our FAST OFFER International program, you will be trained in language skills as well as mentored by our industry experts to help you polish interview skills for FREE in preparation for the job interviews. In addition, if you receive at least 3 job interview offers, you will be invited to join the in-person interview event in Japan for FREE! Once you have passed and accepted a job offer, we also provide visa support along with onboarding assistance to set up your new life in JAPAN. |

Term 1: 23 October 2023 – 14 December 2023 Term 2: 8 January 2024 – 28 February 2024 Term 3: 18 April 2024 – 28 June 2024 Term 4: 1 July 2024 – 21 August 2024 Term 5: 2 September 2024 – 23 October 2024 ※There will be short and long breaks during between and during the terms too, including Ramadan & Eid Mubarak Holiday and Christmas and New Year Holiday. Total duration: Around 300 hours (if starting from Term 1) |

② Online Casual Meeting (Checking your Japanese level and Providing Guidance) ③ Japanese Reading Quiz Please ensure to complete steps ② and ③ to complete your application. --- STEP 2) We will send a booking link after confirming that you have passed the document screening selection. Please ensure to book an appointment when the time comes. STEP 3) Please submit your response to our Japanese Reading Quiz here: https://fastoffer.typeform.com/to/gZiLsiBv ※ This is to confirm that you can keep up with the (N4) class level. --- Failure to participate at the appointed Online Session and Reading Quiz response WILL affect your application. Wwe cannot process your application without them so you will FAIL automatically. |

FAST OFFER International is a program that helps university students who want to work in Japan after graduation. We specializes in training engineering students by offering free Japanese language courses to help them prepare for interviews with Japanese companies and living and working in Japan.

Here are some Frequently Asked Questions about the Japanese language program and FAST OFFER.
The only difference is the location of the class.
- Batch 6A: Center for Japanese Studies University of Indonesia
- Batch 6B: Zoom
Thus, we split students accordingly by having UI students in Batch 6A and students from other universities in Batch 6B
Yes, we will provide interview guidance, orientation, and necessary manual to help you prepare better for the interviews. Our career guidance experts and mentors also hold mock interview sessions so that you get enough practice before the final interviews.
