About The Class:
Here’s a quick overview:
- Duration: July 22nd, 2025 – Feb 18, 2026 (complete the program by Feb 2026 to be eligible for credits)
- Note: The above timeline is only for the elementary level of JLPT N5 & N4. Afterward, we will guide you to more FREE classes for the N4 & N3 levels of Japanese so you can be interview-ready for our FREE job-hunting events!
- Total Hours: 200 hours (N5N4 Elementary Level) + 100 hours (N3 Intermediate Level)
- Credits: 3 (subject to your university’s approval)
Universities that Approve the Credits: - Universitas Indonesia (UI)
- Institut Teknologi Bandung (ITB)
- Important Note: While you can participate anytime, completing the program by the end of Feb 2026 is crucial to be eligible for the credit benefit.

Indonesian Candidates for our Free Japanese Classes and Career Training Program must meet ALL of the following criteria:
- Active students studying at universities in Indonesia
- Able to Speak English

Students majoring in AI / Computer Science(s) / Control Systems Software Programming / Cyber Security / Data Science / EnTC / Electrical / Electronics / Engineering / Information Technology / Marine Engineering / Mechanical / Ocean Engineering / Programming / Shipbuilding Engineering at the Bachelor or Masters academic level
◇We ONLY accept Biomedical Engineering major students
at the MASTER academic level.
- Commitment to attend the classes until the very end.
- Desires to work in Japan after graduation

■ Orientation Day from ASIA to JAPAN: 19 July 2025 (Thursday) ■Orientation from TEACHERS: 21 July 2025 ■Graduation Ceremony: 19 February 2026 ☆Do note that this program is a first come first served basis. ※You receive your results email from us on the result release day on Tuesday, July 17th. ☆This Traineeship program is adjusted to accommodate for your exam schedules and national events. ☆Upon completion of this Traineeship program, you will be given chance to get 3 credits depending on your university. ※More details about the credit system will be provided on the first day of class or in the orientation from our TEACHERS. |
