Eligibility
Candidates for this program must meet all of the following criteria:
- Active students studying at universities in India
- Able to Speak English
- Students Majoring in AI / Computer Science / Control Systems Software Programming / Cyber Security / Data Science / EnTC / Electrical / Electronics / Engineering / Information Technology / Marine / Mechanical / Ocean / Programming / Shipbuilding

◇ Students studying in above majors at the Masters academic level students can join for N4 (Upper-Beginner) & N3 Level (Intermediate)
◇NOTE: We ONLY accept Biomedical Engineering major students
at the MASTER academic level.
- Commitment to attend the classes until the very end.

- For N5 (Beginner Class): Graduating in 2027
- For N4 Class (Upper-Beginner Class): Graduating in 2026

For N4 & N3 (Upper-Beginner & Intermediate) Applicants:
If the applicant passes the Document Screening & Casual Interview of the Screening process indicated below.
Then, the applicant will have to pay the material cost of Rs 3500 to be enrolled in the Traineeship Program.
- AtoJ Hirameki India Pvt Ltd will provide the HARD COPIES of the study materials
For N5 (Beginner) Applicants:
If the applicant passes the Document Screening process.
For N5 (Beginner Class) Applicants: There is a Trial Period. (One Month period)
- There will be an exam at the end of the trial period.
- You MUST PASS this trial period to continue participating in this Traineeship program.
Then, the applicant will have to pay the material cost of Rs 1000 to be enrolled in the Traineeship Program and Rs 2500 AFTER the Trial Period.
※Please note the following:
- It is MANDATORY to PAY the Rs 1000 for the material costs AND to confirm YOUR enrollment in our Traineeship program.
- We do NOT charge any tuition fee to the students. The tuition fee (of around Rs.13000) is sponsored by ASIA to JAPAN Co., Ltd.
- The HARD COPIES of the study materials will be provided by AtoJ Hirameki India Pvt Ltd ONLY after trial period to those who clear trial period.
- During the trial period, teachers will provide the materials in the class.

Upper Beginner Level

Applicants MUST possess the ability to understand some basic Japanese:
- Reading: One is able to read and understand typical expressions and sentences written in hiragana, katakana, and basic kanji.
- Listening:
One is able to listen and comprehend conversations about topics regularly encountered in daily life and classroom situations, and is able to pick up necessary information from short conversations spoken slowly.

For N4 (Upper-Beginner Class) Applicants:
You must PASS the Casual Online interview to ensure that you can keep up with the class level content.

Intermediate Level

Applicants MUST possess the ability to understand basic Japanese:

- Listening: One is able to listen and comprehend conversations encountered in daily life and generally follow their contents, provided that they are spoken slowly.
