Eligibility
Candidates for this program must meet all of the following criteria:
- Active students studying at universities in India
- Able to Speak English

Students Majoring in AI / Computer Science / Control Systems Software Programming / Cyber Security / Data Science / EnTC / Electrical / Electronics / Engineering / Information Technology / Marine / Mechanical / Ocean / Programming / Shipbuilding
at the Bachelor or Masters academic level
◇We ONLY accept Biomedical Engineering major students
at the MASTER academic level.
- Commitment to attend the classes until the very end.
- Desires to work in Japan after graduation

Graduation Period within the Time period listed below:
- For N5 (Beginner Class): Graduating in 2026 - 2027
- For N4 Class (Upper-Beginner Class): Graduating in 2025-2026
- For N3 Class (Intermediate Class): Graduating in 2025-2026
Material Costs
For N4 & N3 (Upper-Beginner & Intermediate) Applicants:
If the applicant passes the Document Screening & Casual Interview of the Screening process indicated below.
Then, the applicant will have to pay the material cost of Rs 3000 to be enrolled in the Traineeship Program.
- The HARD COPIES of the study materials will be provided by Hirameki Solutions India Pvt Ltd
For N5 (Beginner) Applicants:
If the applicant passes the Document Screening & the 1-minute Video Letter of the screening process indicated below.
For N5 (Beginner Class) Applicants: There is a Trial Period. (One Month period)
- There will be an exam at the end of the trial period.
- You MUST PASS this trial period to continue participating in this Traineeship program.
Then, the applicant will have to pay the material cost of Rs 1000 to be enrolled in the Traineeship Program and Rs 2000 AFTER the Trial Period.
※Please note the following:
- It is MANDATORY to PAY the Rs 1000 for the material costs AND to confirm YOUR enrollment in our Traineeship program.
- We do NOT charge any tuition fee to the students. The tuition fee (of around Rs.13000) is sponsored by ASIA to JAPAN Co., Ltd.
- The HARD COPIES of the study materials will be provided by Hirameki Solutions India Pvt Ltd ONLY after trial period to those who clear trial period.
- During the trial period, teachers will provide the materials in the class.

For N5 students; you must pass the trial period test to be able to continue until the end of the N5 class program.

Beginner Level
- Geared towards students who possess Little to NONE Japanese Language knowledge

For N5 (Beginner Class) Applicants: There is a Trial Period of 1 month.
- There will be an exam at the end of the trial period.
- You MUST PASS this trial period to continue participating in this Traineeship program.
N4
Upper Beginner Level

Applicants MUST possess the ability to understand some basic Japanese:
- Reading: One is able to read and understand typical expressions and sentences written in hiragana, katakana, and basic kanji.
- Listening:
One is able to listen and comprehend conversations about topics regularly encountered in daily life and classroom situations, and is able to pick up necessary information from short conversations spoken slowly.
N3
Intermediate Level

Applicants MUST possess the ability to understand basic Japanese:
- Reading: One is able to read and understand passages on familiar daily topics written in basic vocabulary and kanji.
- Listening: One is able to listen and comprehend conversations encountered in daily life and generally follow their contents, provided that they are spoken slowly.
