Candidates for this program must meet all of the following criteria:

Active students studying at universities in Malaysia
- ◇NOTE1: We ACCEPT International students
as long as they are currently enrolled at a university in Malaysia
- ◇NOTE2: While we primarily collaborate with selected partner universities, this does not restrict students from other institutions from enrolling — even if your university is not on our visitation schedule list below.

- Able to Speak English

Students Majoring in AI / Computer Science / Control Systems Software Programming / Cyber Security / Data Science / EEE / EnTC / Electrical / Electronics / Engineering / Information Technology / Marine Engineering / Mechanical / Mechatronics / Robotics at the Bachelor or Masters academic level
- ◇NOTE1: We ONLY accept Biomedical Engineering major students
at the MASTER academic level.
- ◇NOTE2: We ONLY accept applications for Civil Engineering major students studying at UM .
- ◇NOTE1: We ONLY accept Biomedical Engineering major students

- ◇NOTE: For IT/CS related majors graduating in 2028 , due to high popularity we will guide you to our next class cycle as you will still be eligible to join us to allow 2027 graduate chance to join us!

Applicants MUST possess the ability to understand basic Japanese:
- Reading: One is able to read and understand passages on familiar daily topics written in basic vocabulary and kanji.
- Listening: One is able to listen and comprehend conversations encountered in daily life and generally follow their contents, provided that they are spoken slowly.
