Originally, I was planning to go on to graduate school in Japan, so I happened to see the website for job hunters at the school and learned about FAST OFFER International Program (formerly Study Go Work JAPAN Program). I bet my abilities and submitted my resume because I wanted to take this opportunity to try it out.

Regarding the preparation for this interview, not to mention the interview with a Japanese company, it was actually the first time for me to participate in a job interview. I didn’t know where to start, but with a lot of advice from mentors and staff, I searched for materials online and prepared for the interview. And on the day of the interview, as it was my first interview, I couldn’t avoid the tension. On the first day, six companies were selected in a row, and the two companies that passed were the final interviews the next day. Having a continuous schedule was a big challenge for my physical fitness. Participating in this interview, I feel that Japanese companies are more focused on the possibility of working in-house than the current skills of students. On the last day of the interview, we will visit the company that has been offered a job offer, and in the afternoon, we will have a farewell party for the interview participants. At the party, FAST OFFER Int’l provided us with a lot of food as well as free drinks. If you win the Japanese culture quiz, you can take the prize home. The party atmosphere was more open, and it was a good opportunity to make friends.

Like the seniors who participated in this event, I am very grateful to have taken this opportunity provided by FAST OFFER Int’l. He attended other events and tried to contact Japanese companies, but it wasn’t very efficient. So, I am really grateful to FAST OFFER Int’l of ASIA to JAPAN.




卒業論文はまだ始めていませんが、私はARとコンピュータビジョンを使った屋内案内システムを実装したいと思います。この研究は、Anna University のAngelin GladstonさんとAadharshika Duraisamy さんが学術雑誌「IJVAR2019」で初めて発表された研究です。私はこの研究の実用性がとても高いと思って、自分で再現したいと思っています。そして、このシステムを再現するとき、システム自体をより人間友好(user-friendly)に作りたいと思っています。

A woman majoring in mechanical engineering at the University of Pune, India. Her research theme is the design and development of automatic fruit harvesting robots. She's working on the development of a system in which a camera is attached to the robot arm and image processing is performed to detect the maturity state and position of the fruit, and the robot arm harvests the fruit and trees without damaging them. She leads the team as a leader in this project.


An IT major student from India. She’s studying software development and application development at university and is good at Python and C++. In the graduation project, the team is working on the creation of an “online community web app” and is in charge of the back-end role. She has an attitude of actively acquiring knowledge, such as experiencing an internship at a company that develops AR services.


A graduate of Mechanical Engineering at Universiti Teknologi Malaysia. She started studying Japanese when she was in the first year of college, and acquired JLPT-N3 at the end of last year. She has no problem communicating in Japanese. Her graduation project is “Measurement error analysis of thermocouples”. Her research themes include “design and manufacture of vending machines for instant noodles” as a manufacturing project, and “research on mechanical seals” as an intern at Eagle Industry in Japan for two and a half months. She is studying hard and is active in various extracurricular activities (volunteer speech contests, etc.).


My major is aviation engineering, but I am also interested in mechanical engineering classes. He is an intern and has experience in designing mechanical lines at SOLIDWORKS. His research is on the mechanical behavior of metal lattices with different topologies under quasi-static compression by laminated modeling, under the guidance of professors and doctors. He is cheerful and energetic, and has a strong desire to complete conversations and descriptions in Japanese.
