First of all, thanks to my Japanese Teacher and ASIA to JAPAN’s Staff for giving such wonderful opportunities to me.

In college days my seniors recommended me to study the Japanese language as it is the best way to seek a job in top MNC’S. And they introduced to me about the ASIA to JAPAN program.

First screening (REGISTER) my profiles and research paper in ASIA to JAPAN website, I had participated in 2019 October event. Skype interview with ASIA to JAPAN admin included simple general questions to check my Japanese communication skill in which area taken research work. Next round needed us to submit our ‘PR video’ and ‘why do you want to work in Japan’. After passing this 2nd round I was moved to Mentor interview round. It’s very useful for clearing the doubts on our research paper in which possible questions are raised related to our research paper this type of question can be cleared explained by the mentor’s. I really thank my mentors for guiding me.

After that finally I was invited by 4 companies to attend the interview in Japan. I was really excited because this was the first time I had ever traveled outside of my country. It’s one of my first and sweet journeys in my life.

ASIA to JAPAN Staff is kind and friendly, they give the full support to come in Japan, booking our flight tickets and accommodation. They are stress buster also, always having a smiling face. It is a good manner to boost the candidates to do the interview in a more effectively as per the preparation.

Finally, I was selected by YKK Corporation. This is one of best companies in Japan. I enjoyed company visit and the party which all took place in the same week’s travel to Japan.

ASIA to JAPAN creates good opportunities to work in Japan. And fortunately, we were able to grab these valuable opportunities to get a job in Japan and live a good life.

FINAL YEAR PROJECT

プロジェクトの話題は軽銀合金LM6で強化された酸化ジルコニウムとフライアッシュの物理性質の研究。


「期間」18年11月~19年3月(六ヶ月)


 ー目的は硬度を増やすことと共に損傷を減らすことです。

ー昔鉄鋼を使って車のフレームとか船体を造りましたが、

鉄鋼は重過ぎるから安全ではなです。

現在世界中、安全性と共に他の物理性質の高い複合原料を開発する研究が行われています。

ー我々のプロジェクトによってアルミニウム合金LM6は主要な原料です。

アルミニウム合金LM6は日本でAC3Aと知られています。

アルミニウムLM6使用によって強度と硬度を大幅に高めることができます。

ー撹拌鋳造法(STIR CASTING)を使ってアルミニウム合金LM6と酸化ジルコニウムと フライアッシュその3つを混ぜて強化しました。

ー以前の研究結果の学術論文によるとLM6以外の原料の量は13%以内であれば性質が良いと書いてあります。
それに従ってに研究を進みました。

ー3種類の資材を造りました。それぞれの組成は
資材1:LM6ー93%、酸化ジルコニウムー2%、フライアッシュー5%
資材2:LM6ー90%、酸化ジルコニウムー5%、フライアッシュー5%
資材3:LM6ー87%、酸化ジルコニウムー8%、フライアッシュー5%

3種類の資材の確度はBrinell Hardness Testで分析て、
資材の損傷はANOVA機械で分析しました。
結果によって資材3は確度が高くて損傷も低かった。

資材3の複合原料は車のフレームの製造とか造船に利用することができると思います。
将来は重さの減少と柔軟性の向上の為にプラスチックファイバーを使用して効率的な複合原料を造ることができると思います。
