MESSAGE

I was always into learning languages since childhood.
I took some Japanese classes in my school years and that’s how my journey towards Japan started to shape into a dream.
Later on, being a part of “Study Go Work JAPAN” I developed a keen interest in Japan and its work culture.
Being amused day by day, I started learning the language with all my Sensei(s)and their excellent teaching methods. They truly enlightened me on each new road towards Japan, not only by the means of language but also by culture and ethics.
After getting familiar, I was interviewed by my Sensei and got into the process of selection with Kawai san.
And within a week or two I had the first company in my profile waiting for me.
I was really surprised by the fast process and soon got mentored by Nobuo Suzuki San.
He really shaped my responses, way of thinking and enlightened me about the whole new industrial sector in Japan with much ease and comfort.

In the second company’s interview rounds, Kojima San, Nobuo San were there on their toes to help me through the process.
And they were equally happy as me when I got the confirmation from the company!

As they say, “A new language is a new life!” I really want to thank ASIA to JAPAN squad for helping me start a new life!

FINAL YEAR PROJECT

1.研究題名:外骨格アームの作製
2.研究の背景と目的
外骨格アームは医療分野で大きく発展しています。この技術分野での開発の主な目的は、筋肉ハビリテーションです。外骨格技術の分野で研究を行う私たちの責任が広がっています。目的は障害者の生活を楽にすることです。プロトタイプは確かに障害を持つ人々を助けることができると思います。
3.過程
1)ウェアラブルロボットの開発のためのデータ取得をする。
丈夫な制御設計のためのアーキテクチャを設計する。
2)センサー、データの視覚化、プロセッサー、エンドエフェクターで構成される制御回路を開発します。外骨格アームのプロトタイプモデルを利用してテストするために展開します。
4.結果
1)セミアクティブまたはバッテリーを利用されるシステムです。
2)6DoFでオペレーティングシステムです。
3)EMG信号処理モジュールの開発する事ができます。
4)圧力とproximityセンサーの利用されるシステムです。
5)Raspberrypiを使用した制御プログラミングで開発することができます。
6)エンコーダー閉ループによるDCモータードライブ制御することができます。
5.振り返り
これは新しい技術であるため、私たちがしなければならない多くの研究があります。人体解剖学と新しい技術から始めて、私たちは研究論文から多くを学んでいます。いろいろな研究者からたくさんの書類を読んで、医学部の知識を使ってデザイニンをしてプロトタイプを作っています。
