【Background of job hunting】
After graduating from university, I came to Japan to study and entered the pre-doctoral and post-doctoral courses of graduate school to study the numerical simulation technology of composite materials. According to Japanese custom, one year before graduation is the time to think about finding a job. Having studied and lived in Japan for 5 years, I have a certain understanding of Japan’s customs, society, and workplace. After taking into account the treatment and development prospects, I finally decided to carry out job hunting activities in Japan.

【Job Application Process】
At the beginning of the job search process, I collected materials, filled out ES (employment application), tested online, prepared for interviews, etc., following the pace of Japanese students around me. It takes a lot of time and effort. For example, when filling in the ES part, each company has different questions and formats, and it even takes hours to fill in once. As I was preparing for my doctoral dissertation, it was difficult for me to find time to deal with the company’s recruitment. At one point, I had the idea of giving up looking for a job before graduation. Later, after being introduced by friends, I learned that the platform of FAST OFFER International can quickly help job seekers and companies build a bridge of mutual understanding and have the opportunity to get an offer quickly. With a try attitude, I submitted my resume and had my first interview with the employees of FAST OFFER International (mainly to understand my major, Japanese level, etc.).
