Manufacturer of motorcycles, marine products such as boats and outboard motors, and other motorized products.

Obtained a bachelor's degree in structural design research at Jiangsu University of Science and Technology. Obtained a master's degree in research on airplane materials from Sophia University. Currently, he is studying as a doctoral student in the field of mechanical engineering at the Department of Science and Engineering at Sophia University. He simulated and analyzed the CAI strength test of CFRP laminate, which is a structural material used in aircraft design, and has acquired JLPT N1 and is very fluent in Japanese, and usually uses IT skills such as Python and C frequently in his research.

What the company thought:His high level of knowledge and expertise in design, as well as his affinity for the company’s personality, allowed us to envision his success in the department to which he is expected to be assigned. Experience of studying in Japan.

Sophia University

【Background of job hunting】
After graduating from university, I came to Japan to study and entered the pre-doctoral and post-doctoral courses of graduate school to study the numerical simulation technology of composite materials. According to Japanese custom, one year before graduation is the time to think about finding a job. Having studied and lived in Japan for 5 years, I have a certain understanding of Japan’s customs, society, and workplace. After taking into account the treatment and development prospects, I finally decided to carry out job hunting activities in Japan.

【Job Application Process】
At the beginning of the job search process, I collected materials, filled out ES (employment application), tested online, prepared for interviews, etc., following the pace of Japanese students around me. It takes a lot of time and effort. For example, when filling in the ES part, each company has different questions and formats, and it even takes hours to fill in once. As I was preparing for my doctoral dissertation, it was difficult for me to find time to deal with the company’s recruitment. At one point, I had the idea of giving up looking for a job before graduation. Later, after being introduced by friends, I learned that the platform of FAST OFFER International can quickly help job seekers and companies build a bridge of mutual understanding and have the opportunity to get an offer quickly. With a try attitude, I submitted my resume and had my first interview with the employees of FAST OFFER International (mainly to understand my major, Japanese level, etc.). A few days after the interview, FAST OFFER International suggested that I could try a major manufacturer. Through the information sent to me by Fast Offer, I learned what kind of company that is, and finally decided to try it. After deciding to interview with the major manufacturer, FAST OFFER International arranged an experienced instructor for me and conducted two interview simulations. The instructor suggested that I combine my strengths with the company’s products and ideas to let the interviewer see my determination to enter the company. In addition, he also had some small talk with me to help me sort out my own advantages and disadvantages, etc. I am grateful to the instructor of FAST OFFER International. Maybe because I was a new doctor, I was asked a lot of questions about my major in the final interview (about 2 / 3 of the questions were related to my research). Fortunately, in the early stage, the instructor gave me suggestions. I always answered, “what can my skills and research bring to your company” at the end of each question. The interviewer nodded frequently and seemed very satisfied. Finally, I was lucky to get the offer.

In the final interview, what impressed me was the efficiency of the FAST OFFER International. In Japan, the ordinary employment interview is usually a long waiting period and very painful. On the FAST OFFER International platform, I can know the interview results on the same day, which greatly reduces my psychological pressure and saves my time. The employees of FAST OFFER International are really serious, careful and considerate. Considering various possible problems for us (remind us to confirm the network speed, confirm the time difference, etc.), the success of my job search procedures is inseparable from the help of the employees of Fast Offer.
Finally, thanks again to the staff at FAST OFFER International for helping me.
