Terms of Use and Privacy Policy for the FAST OFFER Service
These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter referred to as the “Terms”) govern the use of the FAST OFFER service provided by ASIA to JAPAN Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as “the Company”), ASIA to JAPAN (SINGAPORE) PTE. LTD. (hereinafter referred to as “the Singapore Entity”), and AtoJ Hirameki India Pvt. Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as “the India Entity”). Collectively, these entities shall be referred to as “the Company Group”.
Please read these Terms carefully and agree to them before using the FAST OFFER service.
Article 1. Definitions
- “Member” refers to an individual who has registered to use the FAST OFFER service pursuant to Article 2.
- “Service” refers to the matching services with employers, job interview events, career seminars, career consulting services, and related services, including newsletters and event notifications provided under the FAST OFFER brand.
- “Recruiting Companies” refers to companies that participate in the service or events and engage in recruitment activities.
- “Personal Information” refers to information that identifies a specific individual, including but not limited to name, address, telephone number, email address, and educational background. This also includes information that can identify an individual when combined with other data.
Article 2. Registration and Consent
- Persons wishing to use the Service may register by agreeing to these Terms and providing the information required by the Company Group through the prescribed methods.
- Members agree that, upon registration, the Company Group may send them employment-related information, surveys, individualized job recommendations, and other career-related information via email or other communication methods.
- Members consent to the Company Group providing their registration information to third-party Hiring Companies as necessary for the execution of the Service.
- Members agree that, when receiving the Service from within Japan, ASIA to JAPAN Co., Ltd. will provide the Service. If the Service is received from outside Japan, it will be jointly provided by the Singapore and India Entities, including acting as intermediaries for employment placement, along with ASIA to JAPAN Co., Ltd.
Article 3. Modifications to Registration and Withdrawal
- Members may update, add, or delete their registration information at any time, and are solely responsible for the accuracy of such information.
- Members may withdraw from the Service at any time by emailing “[email protected]” with the subject line “Withdrawal Request.”
Article 4. Password and User ID Management
- Members shall be solely responsible for managing their Service-related passwords and user IDs and shall not allow third parties to use them, or transfer, lend, rename, or sell them.
- The Member shall be solely responsible for any damages resulting from insufficient management of their password or user ID, errors in use, use by a third party, or any other similar circumstances, and the Company shall not be liable for any such damages.
Article 5. Prohibited Conduct
Members must not engage in the following:
- Submitting false information
- Defamation, insult, threat, and fraudulent acts against other members, recruiting companies and their employees, the Company Group and its employees, and other third parties involved in the business of the Company Group.
- Acts that infringe on the copyright, trademark rights, other intellectual property rights, portrait rights, privacy, reputation, or other rights or interests of other members, recruiting companies and their employees, the Company Group and its employees, and other third parties involved in the business of the Company Group.
- Disruption of the Service or harm to the Company Group’s reputation
- Illegal or immoral acts
- Impersonation of others
- Unauthorized use of another Member’s ID/password
- Collection of other Members’ personal information
- Supporting anti-social forces
- Any other action deemed inappropriate by the Company Group
Article 6. Disqualification and Suspension
If the Company Group determines that a Member has violated the prohibited acts in these Terms, or if the Company Group determines that the relationship of trust between the Member and the Company Group cannot be maintained (including cases where the Member fails to respond to inquiries or other communications seeking a response from the Company Group for one month from the date of such contact), or if the Company Group otherwise deems the Member to be inappropriate, the Company Group may suspend the provision of this Service and expel the Member. Furthermore, the Company Group shall not be liable for any damages arising from the suspension of the provision of this Service and expulsion. Additionally, in these cases, the Company Group shall have no obligation to respond to questions or provide any other response regarding its judgment.
Article 7. Confidentiality
Members must keep confidential any non-public information disclosed by the Company Group in connection with the Service.
Article 8. Handling of Personal Information
- The Company Group uses personal information for purposes including:
- For necessary purposes in providing this Service to the Member, such as Member authentication, delivery of direct mail from recruiting companies and other sponsor companies, seminar announcements via telephone, and communications from the Company Group regarding this Service.
- For the purpose of creating statistical data in a format that does not identify individuals in connection with this Service.
- Except as permitted by law or this Agreement, the Company Group will not disclose personal information to third parties without consent.
Furthermore, for the purpose of business operations and to provide better services to customers, the Company Group may outsource some of its operations to third parties. In such cases, the Company Group may entrust personal information to these third parties. When doing so, the Company Group will select third parties who are recognized as properly handling personal information, and in contracts and other agreements, will stipulate necessary matters for the prevention of leakage of customer’s personal information, such as appropriate management and confidentiality obligations, and will ensure proper management is implemented.
- Shared use of personal information is as follows:
- Member’s Personal Information (Information pertaining to personal details such as name, gender, date of birth, address, phone number, email address, educational background/work history, academic records, qualifications held, etc.)

Electronic media or written documents, etc.
- Personal information of the Member that the Company Group provides to recruiting companies, etc., with the Member’s consent, will be managed by each company for purposes such as communication during the selection process for internships and recruitment activities after an entry. For inquiries regarding the handling of personal information managed by each company, please contact each company directly. Recruiting companies are prohibited from using the personal information of Members acquired through this Service for purposes other than the activities of this Service.
- When the Company Group is requested by a Member to disclose their personal information, etc. (notification of purpose of use, disclosure, correction of content, addition, suspension of use, deletion, suspension of provision to third parties, and disclosure of records of provision to third parties) based on the provisions of the Act on the Protection of Personal Information, the Company will, upon confirming that the request is made by the Member themselves, take necessary measures. Article 9. Disclaimers
- The Company Group makes no guarantees regarding the suitability, accuracy, or legality of the Service for individual Members.
- The Company Group shall not be liable for any and all damages incurred by the Member in connection with this Service (including all disadvantages such as mental distress, interruption of job-seeking activities, or other financial losses).
- The Company Group shall not be held responsible for any disputes or other issues that may arise between a Member and other Members or Recruiting Companies in connection with this Service.
- If a Member causes damage to a third party through their registration for and use of this Service, the Member shall be responsible for resolving the matter at their own expense, and the Company Group shall bear no responsibility whatsoever.
Article 10. Liability for Damages
Members shall be liable for any damages resulting from a breach of this Agreement.
Article 11. Amendments to the Agreement
The Company Group reserves the right to modify this Agreement at any time and without obtaining the Member’s consent, change, add to, or delete (hereinafter collectively referred to as “Changes, etc.”) these Terms and Conditions. If the Company Group makes any Changes, etc. to these Terms and Conditions, the Member will be notified of the details of such Changes, etc. If the Member uses this Service after being notified of the details of the Changes, etc., or if the Member does not complete the deregistration procedure within the period specified by our Group, the Member shall be deemed to have agreed to the changes to these Terms and Conditions.
Article 12. Notices and Communications
All notices related to the Service shall be conducted in the manner specified by the Company Group.
Article 13. Assignment of Rights and Obligations
The Member may not assign, transfer, provide as security, or otherwise dispose of their membership status or any rights or obligations under these Terms and Conditions to any third party.
Article 14. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Japan. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with this Agreement or the use of the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Tokyo District Court or the Tokyo Summary Court as the court of first instance.

Article 1. Privacy Statement of Our Group
ASIA to JAPAN Co., Ltd. (hereinafter, “the Company”), ASIA to JAPAN (SINGAPORE) PTE. LTD. (hereinafter, “the Singapore Entity”), and AtoJ Hirameki India Pvt. Ltd. (hereinafter, “the India Entity”; collectively referred to with the Company and Singapore Entity as “the Group”) places the highest importance on the protection of your personal data.
The Group processes personal data in compliance with applicable data protection laws of the EU and its member states, particularly the General Data Protection Regulation (Regulation (EU) 2016/679; hereinafter, “GDPR”), and applies this to all individuals located in the EU and the UK, including users of the FAST OFFER service, visitors to our websites, and representatives of corporate clients within the UK or EEA (hereinafter referred to collectively as “you”).
This GDPR Privacy Policy Appendix explains how the Group, as a data controller, collects and processes your personal data and outlines your rights under applicable data protection laws (including the right to object to certain processing activities). This document is supplemental to the “Terms of Use and Privacy Policy of the FAST OFFER Service,” and shall take precedence over any conflicting provisions therein.
Article 2. Legal Basis for Processing and Types of Personal Data
The Group processes personal data of individuals in accordance with the legal bases set forth in Articles 6 and 7 of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). Furthermore, for special categories of personal data—such as those concerning religious beliefs or health status—the Group processes such data in accordance with the specific provisions outlined in Articles 9 and 10 of the GDPR.
1. Categories of Personal Data Processed
The Group may directly collect the following categories of personal data from you when you register for its services, visit the Group’s website or platforms, or during individual consultation sessions:
- Identity and Contact Information: Name, current address, telephone number, email address, visa status, etc.
- Profile Information: Languages used, language proficiency, IT skills, date of birth, gender, etc.
- Educational Background: University name, academic major, degree, graduation date, GPA, graduation thesis, research themes, etc.
- Employment Information: Company name, industry, job title, duration of employment, job category, career level, job description, current or most recent annual salary, skills, certifications, etc.
- Internet or Similar Network Activity Information: Internet Protocol (IP) address, device identification numbers (e.g., IMEI), universally unique identifiers (UUID), cookie data, browsing and search history on the Group’s website, referring URLs, language preferences, and other interactions with the Group’s websites and platforms. Much of this information is collected via cookies and similar technologies. Please refer to the Cookie Policy for further details.
- Event Information: Information related to events or job fairs in which you expressed interest or participated, including any details you provided in connection with those events.
- Direct Marketing Preferences: Settings related to the receipt of direct marketing communications.
- Other Information Provided by You: Resumes, job applications, surveys, and other correspondence submitted in connection with the use of the Group’s websites or online services.
Please note that the provision of certain personal data may be required to access the Group’s services. Where such data is mandatory, the Group will indicate this at the point of collection. Without this information, the Group may not be able to provide services effectively or at all.
2. Legal Basis for Processing Personal Data
The Group processes personal data based on the following lawful purposes:
- To provide services to FAST OFFER members in accordance with the Terms of Membership.
- To issue login IDs and passwords for FAST OFFER accounts and to perform user authentication.
- To notify you about upcoming events hosted or organized by the Group and to send other marketing communications the Group believes may be of interest to you.
- To provide career, education, and recruitment-related information from the Group’s corporate, educational, or institutional partners to members who may be interested.
- To conduct surveys or questionnaires related to employment, career changes, further education, or study abroad opportunities.
- To provide information that may be useful for professional development, career advancement, or skill-building as a new employee.
- To verify user identity and confirm eligibility according to the Group’s internal service standards when using various products or services.
- To respond to inquiries, complaints, or consultations, and to maintain communications related thereto.
- To confirm the identity of persons making inquiries or requests.
- To conduct market research and analyze results to improve existing services and develop new products or services.
- To establish, exercise, or defend legal claims.
With Prior Explicit Consent:
Where prior explicit consent has been obtained from the data subject, the Group may also process personal data for the following purposes:
- To place cookies or similar tracking technologies on your device.
You may withdraw your consent at any time. Please note that the lawfulness of processing conducted based on your consent before its withdrawal will not be affected by such withdrawal.
Article 3. Sources of Personal Data
The Group obtains personal data either directly from you or indirectly through third parties as outlined below:
- Third parties (including third parties such as social media platforms (e.g., Facebook) to which customers have previously provided information).
Article 4. Retention Period for Personal Data
Our group retains customers’ personal data only for the period necessary to achieve the purposes for which the personal data was acquired and processed as described above. The specific retention period is determined by taking into consideration the purposes of acquisition and processing of the personal data, the nature of the personal data, and the legal or business necessity for retaining the personal data.
Article 5. Sharing and Disclosure of Personal Data
The Group may share or disclose your personal data to the following third parties, in accordance with the purposes outlined in this GDPR Privacy Policy Appendix and in compliance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR):
- Recruiting and Employing Companies
- Marketing and Promotional Service Providers
- System Development and Maintenance Providers
International Data Transfers
In connection with the above disclosures, your personal data may be transferred to third countries outside the United Kingdom and European Economic Area (EEA), including but not limited to:
- Japan
- Singapore
- United States
- United Kingdom (for users located within the EEA)
When transferring your personal data to these countries, the Group implements appropriate safeguards in accordance with Article 46(2)(c) and (5) of the GDPR. This includes the use of standard contractual clauses approved by the European Commission.

Article 6. Your Rights
Under the GDPR, you have the following rights regarding your personal data processed by the Group:
- Right to Information Regarding Data Processing
You have the right to receive clear and transparent information from the Group about how your personal data is processed (Articles 13 and 14 of the GDPR). - Right of Access
You have the right to obtain confirmation as to whether or not your personal data is being processed, and, where that is the case, to access the personal data and related information (Article 15 of the GDPR). - Right to Rectification and Erasure
You have the right to request the rectification of inaccurate personal data and the completion of incomplete data without undue delay (Article 16).

These rights may be restricted in cases where exercising them infringes upon the rights of third parties (including the rights of our group companies), such as when another person’s personal data is disclosed in response to your request, or if you request that our group companies erase information that we are legally obligated to retain or information for which our group companies have legitimate legal interests in retaining.
This includes exceptions related to both the GDPR and local data protection laws. When responding to your request, our group companies will inform you of the relevant exceptions on which we rely. If you wish to exercise any of the above rights, please contact us using the contact information at the end of the appendix to this Privacy Policy.
You have the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority in the member state of your habitual residence, place of work, or place of an alleged GDPR infringement regarding our processing of your personal data.
Article 7. Amendments to this GDPR Privacy Policy Appendix
The Group reserves the right to amend this GDPR Privacy Policy Appendix from time to time.
In the event of any material or substantial changes, the Group will notify you of such amendments through its website and, where appropriate, via email or other direct communication.
