The Process:
- September 2023: Application opens
October 2023: Start of Japanese language classes (approximately six months of Japanese language classes)
December 2023: UT Construction Special Lecture on “Japanese Construction Techniques and Jobs”
April 2024: First Round of Recruitment Interviews
June 2024: Second Round of Recruitment Interviews. (You can participate in either of the two interview rounds and if you receive a job offer, you can work in Japan. You have a chance to participate in both interviews.)

Learn Japanese → Work in Japan
- This program aims to help you advance your Japanese language skills and prepare you for interviews with UT Construction, a leading Japanese construction company.
