COMPANY:

supplier of weighing and packaging equipment for trade, industries, and logistics.

After graduating from the Faculty of Electronics and Communication at the University of Pune, India, he currently works as a back-end engineer at a consulting firm, monitoring, and managing servers. In his graduation research, he focused on the design and implementation of traffic signal controllers using FPGAs, and worked to save power and parts for traffic signals. Because he's had opportunities to use Japanese at work, his conversational level is high, and he can do interviews without problems.

MESSAGE

Since my childhood, I have been listening to and reading about Japan and Japanese culture.
When I was in my final year of engineering, after getting a job offer from an IT company, I decided to study a foreign language.
As I am interested in Japanese culture, I started learning the language. While learning Japanese, I found that the language is very similar to my mother tongue, Marathi, and I enjoyed the learning process.

After my final year of college, I started working for an IT company, and luckily, I found that our company has Japanese clients.
So, I reached out to my manager and asked him about the opportunity of working with Japanese clients.
While working in a Japanese environment, I learned a lot of things about Japanese business etiquette.

I wanted to learn more about it while working in Japan; hence, I applied for the “Fast Offer” program.
I cleared the selection process, and as per the process, I have been selected by a few companies. I ranked them according to my preferences.
Then, I took the coding test for the company I wanted to work with.
Then I appeared for the interviews. Mentors from “Fast Offer” helped during the entire process, and I got a job offer.
The “Fast Offer” programme is really helpful for finding a job in Japan.

Here are a few words I want to say about “Fast Offer”:

Fast Offer is a great platform for finding a job in Japan, and its process is also very fast.
I appreciated the help and support provided by the mentors and others in charge.
They helped me at each and every stage, including the interview preparation.
As my parents help me at every point, including the little things, I experienced the same with Fast Offer.

Thank you for your support.

FINAL YEAR PROJECT

IJIRT「International Journal of Innovative Research in Technology」
