MESSAGE

When I was in the second year of engineering, I started learning Japanese as an auditor without thinking about anything. As soon as I participated in the orientation, I applied for the FAST OFFER International Program (formerly Study Go Work JAPAN Program). Because I was already interested in Japanese and the opportunity seemed great. So, I studied Japanese for about a year and a half and applied for an interview in January 2020.

The document review went very smoothly. There will be an interview with SKYPE first, and the mentor of ASIA to JAPAN will check the basic communication skills. After passing the SKYPE interview, all companies participating in the event will enter the process of reviewing the applicant’s documents. Fortunately, the three companies were interested in me, so I had the opportunity to visit Japan for the first time. On the second day of their arrival in Japan, they received the first interview of each company, the second interview was held the next day, and the day after the next day, the prospective employees visited the company. Participants who receive the offer can actually tour the workplace. I think that you can join the company without worrying about the new environment by seeing what the workplace will actually look like. In addition, there was interaction with senior employees, and they talked about the company and warmly welcomed me.

Finally, I would like to thank ASIA to JAPAN for arranging this wonderful trip to Japan. I am grateful not only for giving me the opportunity to get a job in Japan, but also for providing a comfortable environment at the interview venue and hotel. Meeting wonderful people from other Asian countries and traveling abroad for the first time was a fascinating experience. I’m really looking forward to starting work in Japan in October 2020.

FINAL YEAR PROJECT

電気自動車の電池制御システムです。
これで電池のいろいろなパラメーターの動作を記録して制御します。そして電池の寿命が長くなります。
理由
今インドで汚染の問題は増加しています。なので、私たちはその解決についてプロジェクトを選びました。電気自動車を使うと、この問題を減らすことができると思います。なので、電気自動車の電池についてかんがえました。
目的:
電池の電圧とか電流とか温度とか充電状態を計算して電池の寿命が長くなります。そして電池のきのうが悪ければ、車から電池を取り外されます。
プロセス
• 最初に電池のどんなパラメーターを計算するかを決めました。
• プロジェクトを二つの部分に分けました。半年で2つのパラメーターと、次の半年で残りの2つのパラメーターをすることにしました。電圧と温度のパラメーターはもう終わりました。
• リチウムイオンセルの電池を使うことに決めました。
• -セルの最大充電の電圧は4.2ボルトです。全てのセルの電圧測定を計算しました。
• 熱暴走から電池の破裂は可能です。なので温度のレンジは10°から55°までです。
• 以後充電状態と電流の測定は続けることにします。充電状態を果たすためにクーロンカウント方法を使います。
• 電圧と電流と温度を計算するためにセンサーを使います。全てのパラメーターをマイクロコントローラーを使って処理します。
結果
電池の寿命が長くなります。液晶ディスプレイに計算したパラメーターを表示します。電気自動車の使用は可能になります。だから汚染の問題はかなり軽減されます。
学び
電池のきのうや、どのパラメーターが電池の状態に大切かや、マイクロコントローラーソフトなどを学びました。
